A kutt guy saw tried to stop him but hit me instead. 5. Why you think the offender did what he did. He got really mad for one report during the start of the round

Had to ban him earlier for tking and this may warrant a few extra hours. It doesn't seem like much at first, but continuing to harass someone after he reports you approaches griefing territory.
