What about the people who attacked before the issues started and then they got fucked over because the issues with the game started.
The problem is that there is no easy answer to this. Think about it for a few minutes. It takes a day or two before you can fight a scheduled battle. If the problems started on the 7th, then you'd have to rollback to the 5th. If you rollback to the 5th, then those who continued to play over the 5th, and the 6th, lose the ticks for their army. The map itself wasn't frozen until today. So for those who were actively trading, ducking their captors, outfitting their armies, etc are now going to get penalized. They have to try it all over again. That's a setback in and of itself for a much larger contingent of the player base. That's a loss of progress for
them.
And if you are truly going to stick to your guns about 'Well they can rebuild...' So too can those who lost their armies. They weren't ported. They're still there. There's a loss, but to a much smaller percentage of the player base. There is no easy, great for everyone answer.
