I actually am playing on CHN1 every now and then, and I must admit that I really enjoy it. (Apart from not being able to contribute properly due to high ping)

It is somewhat the same, but at the same time different. on EU1 I am used to everybody always going the same way on certain maps. Having played NA1 more and more recently showed me, that on NA people play somewhat differently too, and on CHN1 it is the same thing. Brings more variaty into the game, the ping obviously sucks but going back to the OP:

China should definitely have it's own Strat/Duel server and they should definitely get their own strat map.
Dont completely exclude it from EU/NA though. Maybe put it somewhere north or south or something. I'd be the first EU to settle there
