Personnally, Ithink throwing daggers/Shurikens have been buffed too much, since now, they are able to kill me in 6 hits in the chest (64 hp and 46 body armor), and 2 shots in the head, with an INCREDIBLE accuracy, and decent missile speed. Buffing so much daggers isn't the way to do it imo. Throwing should be based around lances, jarids, and axes to hunt infantry, and darts/daggers for archers, but those last ones shouldn't be so dangerous for someone with a lot of hp and a decent armor. I always see myself surviving to a jarid in the head, but I often see headshots by throwers (with jarids/axes/lances) which look simply retarded. Those should be 2 shot weapons, with low accuracy, and low ammo (already the case), hitting the head so often is simply impossible to do in reality (tested it on an alt level 28, simply OP). On darts/shurikens, it's the opposite normally, they should do much less damage (a shuriken is doing almost as much as a javelin, really ...), but with more accuracy. At the moment, the accuracy is simply not normal.
TLDR :
Change throwing use by giving less accuracy but more damage to throwing. And buff high PT builds on sight, because they are simply useless.
And reduce by a lot accuracy of throwing daggers/Shurikens (to their old values, one or two patches ago), they shouldn't be a viable option for throwers, who should concentrate on infantry/cav. Their damage is fine to be honest, only the accuracy is a problem.
