we salute you. Order of Saint John has something to announce: The actual Libere Equites banner was created by Arenbrand_van_Utrecht. He is one of my clanmembers. (He can upload the original banner if you want).

We will upload this banner as our banner because it is our right. Arenbrand created it, so he has the copyrights.

I only write this to say, that we dont steal it, that it is our right to do that. If Libere Equites dont want that we have this banner, so they have to create their own banner first.

Uploading it isnt a a proof,since you could have just cut it out of the file where its saved with all the other clanbanners.

EDIT:Also,why did you give them a banner when you want to use it for your own clan?Imagine,you bought a car and a few months later someone that made the car comes to you and tells you,that its his car now-just because he made it.

2. It is Arenbrands right to get his creation back when he leaves this clan and comes to my clan...
3. He had this banner before he joined Libere Equites.
4. It is his own banner, he can do or not do with it what he wants. Its his own creation.

Imagine: I visite a friend with my wife and our baby. We have a lot of fun and watch a movie. Now the friend say: Your baby is mine, It's so cute... WTF? It is not the baby of my friend. Its my baby! And when I was in his appartment he doesn't has the right to be the father my baby... He can not say, that it is his baby cause i was in his appartment. I can leave the appartment with my wife and my baby... Thats correct and not the other version! We live in a free country and not in a dictature.
Imagine: If you join a clan. The clanleader can not say, that your character is now his character and can not demand your passwords.

So: It is only correct, when somebody uses his own banner!

Unless they retrieved it from an old clan thread or hacked your computer, you got nothing to keep your head above the water.

You visited your friend, you liked your friend therefore decided to crash in her apartment. Then you realize you love her so much you and your friend should produce some brilliant shit to this fucked up world, you get your "friend" pregnant then when you are bored of living with that "friend" you can't just take the fucking baby with you and gtfo.

There shall be trial. We live in a free country but both sides has right on that banner baby.
