I think it is interesting what items are popular in the China servers. North America and Europe servers have different gear that is popular, and people who play on both servers can see the difference. The China server has it's own popular items and character builds too.

Yes, I like role playing, with the right equipment. There are many other such people. This represents a different culture. As Viking, Knight, Ross, Byzantine, Arab, Mongol and oriental culture. On our servers, Vikings, knights and Oriental culture is popular. But the most important is to choose their own equipment.

I like the Crusaders culture, and like to play AD 1257. I'm Knights Hospitaller on our forums.

Yes, very few people use eastern armours, it is because we prefer the European Middle Ages. In addition, very few Chinese-style armor.

The few times I've visited Chinese servers I've always enjoyed seeing, perhaps not many, but at least a tendency for Eastern armor types and weapons (and many Chinese horse archers), relative to EU servers. But I always hope for more
