Everything was changed in that builds
requirements balance between attributes, some players invested points in shield skill because they had no place to improve that builds with previous system.
I know that we had policy 0 tolerance for high lvls but for fuck sake that mod is dying
population drops everyday and most of players on servers are oldtimers with high levels,
and you do everything to fuck them up so they can quit.
