It's dumb that you could in theory require 9 more agility than before to use your same horse, but you were only refunded 3 str points.

Obnoxious patch with a partial respec that disregards other stats that are relevant to our choices for riding.

For example; I use shields exclusively with riding, and in no other situation. Yet my shield points remain, essentially rendering 4 skill points completely redundant for my build.

This adjustment to riders should really have been thought out at length before having a partial respec be the compromise.
