I'm obviously sad for Spain's result. I won't deny that. But all the hate in here I just find unjustified. Spain lost. Everyone loses eventually.

Thing is, you lost twice in a row without even scoring once from actual play. Penalty against Netherlands was non-existent.

France in 2002 was bad, but not like this. This was abysmal show from former world cup winners.

Yeah, it was pathetic. I totally agree. Hopefully, we'll refresh the team for Russia and aim for the top again.

We can only wish good luck to the rest. I'd cheer for Portugal but a gut feeling tells me they are just as out as us. I hope Italy goes far though - I like how they play.

You need to kick out every single Barcelonista first, but that could lead to some ugly things. Koke was the only one who tried to actually attack, instead of tika-taka. Koke, Gabi, Juanfran, pretty much every single Spaniard from A. Madrid should be in Brazil instead of these pathetic divers from Barcelona.

How Azpilicueta starts over Juanfran i'll never know.

Azpi is very good. Using Juanfran and Azpi could've been an option (as Alba is not that great), with Azpi having played well at LB for Chelsea this season. I'd like to see Martinez instead of Busquets in the holding role as well. He's better at bossing a midfield.

dunno what hate your seeing but i haven't seen much Spain hate in this thread. They played badly and didnt even look like they were bothered. its not hate its just opinion
