As for poor Spain, I hope they'll kick out Barcelona players and completely change the squad. Don't understand why there is Sergio in Brazil, Barcelona player while Gabi who is captain of the team who won Spanish title, isn't. Same goes for Koke, Huanfran and some other players like Mata, Raul Albiol, even Cazorla. Only Barcelonista who should be in first squad is Iniesta. Rest are useless.

Just for info , italy couldnt managed to win their last 11 matches. Their last friendly match was 1-1 against luxemburg or liechenstein ( cant remember both worst anyway ) .

Also they win every match when balotelli scores but i already bet on he will send off

Katsouranis & Holebas were abysmal, Salpingidis didn't even show up for the match, Papastatop.....Sokratis was bad, Gekas really has a face for classic Greek Tragedy, if he lived in Antic Times he's be a superstar, Maniatis & Kone were average at best, the only ones trying were Torosidis, Manolas & Samaras.........such failure. I predict another flop like USA 94', 0-10 goal difference, they're already 3 down, 7 more to go, lets say.....0-3 to Ivory Coast and 0-4 to Japan.

At least I learned that Kostas Manolas is a nephew of the legendary Stylianos Manolas who was a part of USA 94' squad, it gives my prediction more chances to be successful.

I can't say that I'm very familiar with Fernando Santos and his ways of doing things but I don't get this Greek 4-5-1 (4-3-3) formation, leaving one striker alone up front while sacrificing Samaras on the left like that is a big waste for the team, he's one of the best technicians despite his height and no matter how clumsy he looks with the ball in his feet he always makes things happening, at least a foul in a dangerous area which is exactly what Greece needs. He should be in the middle all the time, creating chances and maybe scoring instead of being on the left and having to go back and to the middle all the time, leaving the wing empty especially when Holebas doesn't follow. 4-4-2 Diamond would suit this Greece better (especially now when they have to start winning), with Samaras & Mitroglu up front (so they can work together instead of trying to solo things), Karagounis/Kone behind them and Fetfatzidis/Salpingidis/Torosidis on the wings and Katsouranis/Maniatis on defensive midfielder.
