Have you ever seen a person being able to twist their arm infinitely?
Change directions of turning multiple times during a jump?
Survive a ballista shot to the head, yet dies when being hit by a little dagger to the foot?
Twist the whole body to the extent of the organs being pushed into the chest of the knee?

I don't know what people look like where you live, but where I live that does sound quite abnormal.

Women have slimmer bodies but thir hitboxes are just as big as men. This is easily explained by the Theory of Evolution: If something causes butthurt, the butthurt inflicted on women is given by the ratio 1:4, thus the equal hitboxes.

I think the head capsule seems larger because the neck doesn't have its own capsule, so you have one large one to cover the entire area of the neck and head, both of which, are rather vulnerable spots.

i've seen few times where i got shot in the neck and it wasn't considered headshot, back in the days where headshots arrows/bolts/throwing weapons weren't shown (is it any different now? did they exist? i don't know nor i can remember, too tired :/ )

Afaik, yes and even your ass and balls seem to be leg armor, but I'm not sure about that.
