If the one who won the bid can't get the cool weapon he should get his money back ,at least,this man sold out all of his rank 3 equipments and borrow much money from other players its about 7000 k gold.and spent hours staring at screen ,finally won the bid at a price of 13000 k but got nothing .so give him the flaming katana or return his money.
