So a few of my alts refuse to transfer money. I thought, fuck it they have access to the lottery apparently I'll just buy tickets. So I purchase some tickets only thing is the amount of gold on the alt stays put. How curious, I hit it again. Number of purchased tickets goes up, gold stays still. I click back to Frank and as I though I've been draining my money on poop.

Also why can come alts transfer everything they own and all their gold while others can not? (I know about the 10k stf restriction)

Alts need to be level 15 or higher (or generation 2 or higher) to transfer +0 items or gold from them. They can always receive things.

Didn't know that buying lotto tickets on alts spent money from your main. Never came up for me.

You can buy tickets with all chars, but once you bought some they will be added to the one that originally bought it. Originally only the main could buy tickets, then when this restriction was removed this was put in place to avoid people making tons of chars to increase their winning chances (because the lottery works per char, not account).

Also to transfer stuff the character has to be at least 3 days old, even if it is lvl15+.

That's what you get for trying to abuse tickets on an alt.

I wasn't trying to abuse anything. I was trying to use gold I couldn't shift to my main, I couldn't under stand why one my toons couldn't move it's poop around. It must be under level 15. Ya dink.

Edit, at some point I must have respeced it because it's lvl 12 and I'm pretty sure at one point it was around 20. Probably got drunk and went spazmoidal on it.
