So I made a new character a few days ago. Transferred a bunch of items to him. When I look in the new characters transfer section, no items show up. No gold can be traded. It's a regular character. But it seems to have the restrictions of a STF character.
Any idea what this could be? Are their restrictions on new characters? Like so many days before they can transfer items?
Characters name is Mallets_Brother if any dev needs to look into it. I can of course make a bug report if that's the issue. Just not sure if this is normal.
