[Ban] Avengers_Batman

Got to a group of people and stabbed at an enemy with my polearm, instead of hitting the enemy, it went through him and glanced off Avengers_Batman, who was near the other side of the guy. It was a big group of both teammates and enemies. I swung again, this time overhand, still in the group of enemies and accidently hit him. We were near bushes, and him and the other guy there were in/on the bush, and I accidently hit him. This time instead letting me say sorry, he instantly turned around and ignored the enemies completely and swung at me, I think 3 times, and killed me. After that and Antiblitz said to put up a ban thread, he started spamming chat saying "don't ban me please" or something along the lines by saying it one word at a time.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.:
To cause trouble/be a troll.

Didn't have enough time to get the screenshots, since it was midgame and people were talking, the logs went by fast.
7. Names of players that can witness what happened.:
AntiBlitz_ATS is the only one that I know who saw it. Others in the game are noodles and soft_juicy_mango, although I don't know if they saw it.

i was fighting i do believe 3(it could have been more, however, for sure it was the only two MB people on, and an additional player, whom afterwards i confirmed was Digital) people while my back was to a rock, Noodles, DigitalPrintz, and Avengers_Batman.  They were all group gangbanging me, and while doing so digital attempted to take a few shots of his own, he unfortunately hit a teammate during the course of his actions which prompted Batman to begin beating him.  I saw atleast a minimum of 3 hits from Batman directed not towards me, but towards Digital who was at that time trying to back away from the fight due to Batmans attacks.  This was not accidental whatsoever, as Batman had to turn around 180* from me to begin swinging at Digital, therefore the swings could not had been directed towards me, or been unintentional whatsoever.

Please provide a picture next time if you can. I had to look through the logs where it was blatant that what you said was true.


The person in question should have definitely known better, with multiple previous tk bans. 3 days ban.
