My Last Go #raffle

Thanduil the idea is not to just sell 10 tickets. I'm selling the tickets in bundles of 10. And then end raffle will be the lump sum of all the tickets I sell. The raffle is not going to be just 10 tickets.  If the raffle becomes big I will add in more lp's and make the grand prize even bigger so there is even more of a winout.

Now see, I understand how lotteries work and contrary to this false advertising, the average participant is probably gonna make -30k on a 60k investment. Which is also why I don't understand that people actually participate in these things. I would personally suggest you just give your stuff to your clan and sod off with your scam. But hey, if people desperately wanna chuck you some freebies who am I to blame you for getting them to do it?

Yeah, I covered this in both my probability and statistics courses. I probably won't get anything, but since it goes to a clan and not an individual, I'm kinda okay with it.

Thanks for understanding.  The idea of a raffle would be stupid for a regular person to make money.  I have no need to make money if I don't play. I'm giving back to the community anyway.

Of course that is true Teeth, if the average was positive, the lottery organiser would lose money... money does not appear out of thin air.
But hey, what if...
In my case, I don't need the gold since I rarely even play any more, so may as well throw it away in random events like this. And if I happen to win, well my loom collection will be enlarged.
Also the "originally 10 tickets but more later" will make more people take part, smart way to entice people.
