They release NBA, Fifa, NFL, NHL, WWE, Racing etc games every year as well, so i don't see the problem. It's basically gonna be different studios developing COD games throughout a 3 year schedule anyhow.
Example: COD Ghost made by remnants of Infaility Ward
COD Advanced Warfare made by Sledgehammer (failed with MW3 but got a chance to redeem themselves)
Next years COD made by Treyarch (developer who tries to be as fresh as much possible as long as Activision allows it)
That gives each developer company 3 years to develop the next COD and with the release of the new gen consoles the games won't be as restricted as they used to from a technical aspect of it if they primarily focus on new gen consoles and PC (and PC will ofc suffer less).
Only bad parts could be dat dere spam of DLC.
Atleast they don't have for example an AK 47 from MW1 that they got in every COD game and constantly nerf and buff it because of peer pressure. Cough cough.
