Very simple, we need a protection for like 3 seconds after spawning where you cant get hurt and also cant make dmg.

On battle server dont spawn too late, 5 seconds and enemy cav is here to spawnrape

It shocked me that in strat it is a good working tactic to just spawnrape instead of trying to take the flag

Should be very easy to make this

The protection has to work both ways: Not being hurt by anyone for 3 seconds and not hurting anyone for 3 seconds.

Add a countdown timer over the head of these players just where the banner is, so everyone knows.

In strat if you spawn rape instead of taking the flag, you are losing troops/population that you would take if you capped the flags.  So they are just hurting themselves. 

As for battle, spawn sooner and you won't have that problem.

Nothing needs to be done here.   Nothing should be done here.  Devs have more important shit to worry about.

they dont hurt themselves. Often they would not take the castle without spawnraping, thats the point. Its not about the last flag, people try to spawnrape as soon as they find a flag other players join. With this you can kill them without any resistance

Oh I see what you're saying.  That is a legit tactic.  Don't spawn if the flag you are set to is being spawn raped (or your forward spawn is being raped).  You might have to rejoin the game to get set to a new flag.  When people stop spawning on the flag, they should eventually capture it. 

I don't see why there should be any justification to let people spawn in with a grace period, I think it's a terrible idea.  You need to protect your flags/forward spawn), or else account for it in other ways.  If you have half your team (or more) set to spawn at one flag or spawn point, you need to defend it.  If you don't, that's your fault and shouldn't have your hand held to get you out of the situation you are responsible for.

It sucks to be spawnraped.. yes.

This is a bad idea though. Having someone that can take NO damage at all upon spawning on strat? Bad idea.

Grab a polearm. Wait around the spawn for 1 minute after spawn. Most of the time cavalry will just turn around when they see someone who isn't an easy kill and has a pole. If there's many they might choose to attack which you might lose but it's a win for the team as the enemy cav is occupied by 1 guy for X^amount of time.
Why is everybody telling me to think? I think, I just don't show it.
