I'm definitely gonna use a much lower population cap on the next one. 150 is just too many to keep a good tight focus on.

Could help catch the attention of the reader more, but the simple fact of knowing all those dwarfs are the cRPG community is enthralling enough. From there on you can do as you wish  its a very nice concept

That said, I could be persuaded to organize/participate in a succession game where a bunch of us participate (eg, each person plays 1 year, posts about it, and then sends the save files to the next person).
