disappeared loompoint :(

Just a moment ago, my alt character (EstupidaZorro) goes to retirenment (from 31lv) and I transfer some gold (40k) and obtained 1 loompoint to my main character (Witch). 
Then I switched to main character view,  have found that I got only +40k gold and the loompoint disappered.

In summary, My main character (Witch) has before transfer:
     57k gold and 3 lp
After transfer of 40k gold + 1 lp from alt (EstupidaZorro) to main:
    97k gold and 3 lp

Can you check a logs of transfer transactions (if such exists) and return it back?

We don't have logs of transfers between your own characters. The way we do the transfer technically makes it pretty much impossible that a point gets lost, so you probably didn't have 3 to start with.

EDIT: coincidentally i updated our test database this morning with the latest data, so i checked there - you had 2 loompoints on your main.

Can be checked on what I spent it 3rd loompoint? Because I really don't remember how I spent it. If no, then no sorry and thanks for help.
