Forever a big fan of "Die Moldau" TvT
(click to show/hide)

It´s sort of the story about the river "Moldau", the flutes at the beginning are the tiny rills wich grow bigger and bigger until they form the beginning of the "moldau" (first theme at 1:08), and as the river continues to flow, it always grows bigger and flows past a wedding and a hunt until it finally ends in the "Elbe". Don´t know if you can hear that out in this yt-version though

Debussy - Claire de Lune

Schubert - Military March

Napoleonic Wars had a great version of this one

also love the fail-version ahahahahaha

How about some more Schubert? One of my favorite composers  :D He only lived to be 31, but he wrote some of the best music of the 19th century. His music is so melodic and emotional, I love it.  :)

Lots of music, I got kinda carried away lol.

From "Winterreise" song no.1 "Gute Nacht"
(click to show/hide)

His String Quintet in C major second movement, if you have time listen to the whole thing, it is truly a masterpiece.

Another one in C major, his 9th Symphony, first movement. Such a modern sound, but this was written in 1840.

Impromptu in G flat Major. Very emotional.

Piano trio in E-flat major, 2nd movement, shortened version that was in the film "Barry Lyndon". Awesome melody.

Ave Maria. No description needed

The sad moment when they are going to shut down all the orchestras, theaters in my country. Not really shutting down but retracting all governmental support. Since noone in  private sector interested, it will die or tickets will be like 25-30€. My friends wont be able to find a job in their own country.

People need trash TV, shit reality shows and crappy talent shows re-cycling the same plastic europop nonsense over and over instead.

sad.
