Is buying second hand pc worth it?

Lol is that really the level of hardware? the guy is trying to rip you off, not only are they second hand, but I wouldn't even pay that money if those parts were brand new.

What am I to do then? buy the hardware over internet? what if it comes damaged? and even without that, I would still have to buy a new OS.

The hardware itself costs about 274, but it comes with preinstalled win 7. Considering that I would buy a new pc altogether,  Ill give at least 180 for cpu, gpu and the motherboard, if not more. And where is the PSU, RAM, DVD drive, Sound card, Hard drive, and case?

Yeah I don't have much first hand experience with integrated graphics so I can't really give you much information on that. If I was buying I would probably get one with a video card because that's what I've always done. As for the systems coming with windows... I don't believe they do, they don't mention anything about windows coming pre-installed so I'm guessing they don't, still I don't think that should make you shy away from building your own.

Would last you for years... It's a good video card but if you ever need more that's a simple upgrade.. and you can just buy 2 more sticks of the same ram for 16gb memory.

I would check the shipping costs to europe,  you can add the kit to cart on newegg and then type in your zip code to estimate shipping costs. Windows OS new will run you about 100-140$ I think.

If I had that kind of money, I would not even think about buying a second hand pc. But honestly, the price is about 50% more of what is in my pocket right now.

I would have to buy a new os for 100 and that would leave me with about 280 in my pocket.

I looked at the logical increments and with that kind of money, I would land in poor category with integrated GPU.

Like honestly, I dont really think that he is trying to rip me off. I said it is a dual-core athlon with 3.4Ghz frequency, but I dont really know if it is the exact cpu I listed above. It is 374 and it comes fully assembled with preinstalled system.

And what exactly is so bad about that cpu I listed above?

Find out the model numbers of the mobo, the processor, and the graphics card when you get the chance. Also find out the specifics on the Ram... DDR2 800? DDR3 1600?
When we know the specifics of what you are pondering on purchasing secondhand someone can give you a definite answer on if it is a rip off, or a fair price.

My advice would be to save up a bit more and be patient, then buy something you won't need to replace or upgrade within the next few months or years.

It would be a complete joke when it's an AMD apu.
Wouldn't be bad when it it a good one like the A10 6800K or the A10 7850K but instead you will get something like this:
