So, since my water heating system in my flat broke again, and I'm tired of fixing it myself, and there's no way I'm gonna spend a lot of money on letting it be replaced by a pro, there is only one solution left:
Cold Showers.
They are healthy, they make you strong, and you're badass.
The vid boils down to: If you can’t do something uncomfortable and difficult for 5 minutes in the shower – how the hell are you going to do something uncomfortable or difficult in real life?
I tried it yesterday for the first time. It's a horrible feeling in the beginning, but after you get out of it, you feel.. amazing.
So there is this thing called the 30 day cold shower challenge. One cold shower per day. I'm going for it. Join me.
