What is the green bar at the bottom-left in the hud next to the multi? Forgive me, I never bothered to figure it out let alone ask anyone what it is.

When the bar is filled you are Level up. With Double EXP on Battle and Siege you are Level up when the green bar is in the half.

Yea it' s an Xp bar it may not have been obvious at first because some servers have double Xp, which messes up the bar. check the site for the best look at your xp
