In case you didn't know, you can't use more than 4gb ram on 32 bit Windows, so think twice before you buy more than that.

fuck this i'm a put 50 TB @40009HZ and watch explode my computer after a session of minefield , see you at Liveleak , hoping there will be no gore.

next thread will be about "Suggest me a new computar cause i explodid my old one"

no seriously , ok i'll keep 4Gb but i'm not sure , now i'm going to write in the nerd italian forum to have clarification about the differences between Cmos Latency and Cmos Latency.

now i'm going to write in the nerd italian forum to have clarification about the differences between Cmos Latency and Cmos Latency.

The difference between Cmos Latency and Cmos Latency is that there is no such thing as Cmos Latency, while there is no such thing as Cmos Latency.

i mean Cl9 CL10 and such , what's the difference between these 2?
ok i read it's memory latency but...what they do? because if there's no such differency it's better the one at low price isn't it?

ok from tom's hardware nerd united corp i read : "CL:

To know the difference, you have to know what CL means. The CAS latency is the time between accessing memory and being able to read the memory from the output, so 8 is faster than 9 is faster than 10. BUT and this is a huge BUT. Notice the all caps. Sometimes a higher CAS is faster because the memory operates at different speeds. For instance a DDR3 1333 module runs at 666mhz and ha a cycle time of 1.5ns. With a CL of 6 that means it takes 9ns for the memory to be available on the output. However a DDR3 1600 module runs at 800 and has a cycle time 1.25ns. With a CL of 7 it takes 8.75ns. As you can see, even though the CL is higher, it is still faster because the mhz jump increases the cycle time enough to give it a little boost. Going further, DDR3 2000 is just as fast at CL9 as the 1333 is at CL6.

1333vs1600:

You're not going to notice anything different. the only time you would notice, is if you are running one of AMD's new APU processors. It was shown that faster memory did speed up the gaming experience for the integrated GPU.
Better to go for 1600mhz cl9. "

Without willing to join the loltrain en route, if you are running Win7 32b you probably have a key that also gives you access to Win7 64b.

I've seen benchmarks for modern games like Arkham Origins that actually showed worse performance over 8 GB of ram, and the exact same between 4 and 8 GB.

Just stick with 8 GB regardless if its a gaming rig. After all, the PS4 and the Bone only have 8 GB. That will be the standard for the next 10 years.

Also lol, when CoD: Ghosts was released it wouldn't even install if you had less than 6 GB of ram, for no apparent reason. Worst optimized game I ever played.

Also, I suggest you upgrade to Windows 8.1 64-bit. It is much better optimized for modern games. Just pirate it if you have to.

You get used to it, I have win 8.1 on my office PC and it ain't all that bad.

At home I still use Win 7 cuz I don't have a licence for 8 but i would definitely install it allong with the old Start button and I'm fine.
And now he can't play because of "common sense" and he doesn't understand how this common sense works

Can you play Diablo 2 with Windowns 8? Can you visit Youjizz with it?  If yes , who cares , the most important thing is loot and boobs.

I was despereate when i switched on win7 from winxp , but after some months was like *notbadface*

if it is for me , fuck windows and install linux but i'm a lazy ass and i'm scared for the games compatibility.
