Admin Info

admins will have the ability to

as an admin you will be able to host your own events any time you choose to(you will be expected to document it with a post in this thread) as long as it does not conflict with pre-scheduled events

example: event for two clans to scrim is scheduled at 8 P.M. and you want to do an event. plan on doing it before or after.

but will be expected to

allow others into your events as long as they are acting acceptable
un-password the server if accidentally left on

1. Do not press B when in deathmatch mode, it makes your screen get screwed up. it is normally used as "show names cheat" but since I don't have that it screws everything up. it may just be an admin glitch.
2. do not use commander mode, when the map changes it freezes your client.
3.Do not spawn on a horse if there are bots on the server and try to not use men at arms bots. they will TK you if you are on a horse and the horsemen will go head hunting for teammate players for whatever reason.

as of right now I'm sure there are more glitches, post on this thread if you find some.

Commander(players can vote bots on and admins should not switch to commander mode but just enable bots on any other mode, read glitches)

Couching is the way to go with jousting tourney's, but might be too hard to do in crpg (since both people are very likely to kill each other).  But maybe it would work to do a couched lance jousting tourney.

I'd propose something like heavy lance vs heavy lance, no swerving, no blocking, no hitting of horse (no slowing down?).  All or nothing, you fuck up your timing you lose.

This is an awesome idea and I really look forward to some crpg events. This is what would have been needed for Daruvians GOBBLIN Tournament. I love the idea of 2v2, 3v3, 5v5, and maybe even 10v10 arena tournaments and scrims. Also clearly we need to hold feasts where we all load a tavern map and RP about eating internet pixels.

I'm really excited to see this idea come to fruition, and I am not alone. Outside of scheduled events, would the server be setup for a default game mode of some kind? Even if it was just another duel server, having maps other than Native - Ruins would probably attract a few players. I am also applying for admin.
