just retired...

I just retired my main Character (6th or 7th time)

Normally at lvl 1 you start with 3 str and 3 agi and have 3 points to spend. This time I did not have any points to spend. So the only weapon I could use was a practice sword... every other time I retired I would toss all three in str and use a spear.... I did not even own a practice sword so i know this is new... Now is it a bug or have those three points been eliminated.

IF so that will def change my lvl 30 build, since it needed the additional 3 (free)  to use.

No, you don't get any free attribute points at level 1. Has been this way for quite a while.
