try deleting everything in the c-rpg mod folder and then re-download everything

There is so much "System" in the error message... Do you have problems launching other programs as well?

DL and run this directx package.

it is different from the webinstaller you already tried because it will replace corrupted files.

you can find extra directions in your tech support post if that doesn't work, but it should.
