While admins tend to present a united public facing front, many of us have no other ties, value the integrity of the position, and do not hesitate to call someone out in admin communications and you would never see the complaint and may not even notice the consequences.
And would you really want all these power mongers in a single clan to dominate you? (which actually is a laughable prospect)
The actual result of admins being in a variety of clans is that you are far more likely to have an admin present in battle to limit the amount of bullshit.
