[BAN] Djavo - QMLing in fight.
« on: April 02, 2014, 03:14:59 am »
As far as I know QMLing a person playing it's bannable, therefore this ban request.

I (Jean) killed Djavo in a fight (some minutes ago on EU1) and as soon as he died he QMLed me.

I was evidently not AFK, since I had just killed him.

I told him it was bannable and I offered him a "friendly way out" ("come hug me this round"), just to have him laghing at my face.

Even bragging that he uses to QML "whole server".

Here the screenshots as proof:

I don't request a particularly long ban, maybe just a couple of days so that he thinks twice before doing this again.

Yet I'm sure admin will know better then me.

I hereby demand a ban for SirCrymoar_Mad_Cuz_SheepfuWelsh for teamkilling Deserter_Kwai.

Since it's Crymoar we're talking about, it's obvious that it has to be an attentional teamkill!

Djavo - if that QML was on purpose, consider this reply a WARNING.

Toc - if you get qml'd while you're fighting (like really fighting... not standing around with a shield) - then it's quite lame.

If you report someone for qml (without actually endangering your precious KD) to whom you're pretending to be well-disposed towards ingame - that's lame too.

I'm pretty sure Djavo would be surprised if he sees this Topic - as im sure, he didn't report u in bad faith.

With all due respect Fin, Djavo has been banned multiple times in the past for QMLing people while they're fighting. He was also permanently banned but somehow wiggled his way to a release.

I shan't undermine your decision here, but I thought I'd make everyone aware. I'll be the arsehole and tell you, Djavo, that if you're caught again, with good evidence, you'll be facing a real permanent ban.
