Eastern Horse - buff or rebalance stats?

I can't remember if Tydeus was doing item balance by then, but I think he wasn't yet. Between him and San, I feel that bringing up old issues that haven't been addressed is worth it again.

Does anyone use an eastern horse at all, ever? I haven't seen one in-game for months.

I used it, it got one shot.

When I was HA ages ago, I had 8 riding (mostly because I already had 24 agi for 4 HA skill). I would have loved to use the eastern horse if it had more HP. More armor would be nice, but just more HP would be enough to make it viable. Speed and maneuver stats are great but it dies so fast that it isn't worth all the speed and turning ability in the world.The steppe horse and desert horse are pretty frail, but they worked alright for me. At least bring it up to par with them...

Well, in general the reward for going over 5 riding is pretty awful anyway.  It should probably be looked in to.

i put money on it, nothing in the new patch will have anything to do with the eastern horse.
