Add a bullseye practice target to duel server ?

Can we add a practice dummy with bullseye on it to EU_3 ?
Unlike what we got in other servers,these ones should not be damaged and therefore cause lag .(I dunno if it still lags or crashes when u hit targets though.)
It would be good to practice my old friendchery.

Something like this might help a lot for fail my old friendchers .

well I think it's a good idea. also add it to NA_3 as well.
