4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Havelle Tked Don_Pappy_of_Acre's horse, according to Pappy twice, within 2 or so rounds right out of spawn, on purpose. I only got the screenshot of the second incident. Havelle then proceeded to tell everyone that he was "Tking HAs" or something along those lines.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Because he has no self control? Or that he just doesn't care.
6. Multiple Screenshots: Sadly I have just the one, but the logs will show, at ~16:05 EST, that Havelle attacked Don_Pappy's horse and was reported several times.
7. Names of players that can witness what happened. Don_Pappy_of_Acre and myself naturally, any others out of spawn, specific names I do not know.
