Technical problem with ranked duels

so the problem is next:
Alonza wasnt playing  for one month and just tryied ranked duel today. after victory she got +10 points so 1510(!). but she was on the 25-30 place in the duelist board so obviously it was much more than 1500 points. her score seems to be wiped but there is one interesting thing more:

well the score seems to be wiped for some reason. as I remember here wasnt any duel ranking wipe...

After 14 days inactivity you will lose 1 point every day, after 30 days your ranking is removed.
