Confused about WPF bonus

Ok, so  im confused about how these wpf bonus works with melee.

1. Is it true that each 100 wpf is as if you had 1 extra ps with that class of weapons? (2h.poles.1h)
2. How does the bonus work? If on the website I have 110wpf poles and 105 1hander (Because bonus is only visible on the website) , but in-game i have 100poles and 94 1hander, (because bonus cant't be seen in-game), is it going to count towards that 1 extra ps because i got to the 100wpf mark with 1handers from the bonus? (I know im not very clear)
3. What I mean by all this, to put it in other words, is it the same as if i had 100wpf in poles and 1hander without bonus as if i would be 100wpf poles and 1hander WITH bonus?

It's confusing that it doesn't show it in-game, but take the wpf value that you see on the site as your final wpf. Also, there's no jump with wpf, so there's no specific mark that needs to be met. It's a steady progression the entire way through. I think it's best to be somewhere near the average, 130+. You get a similar bonus to 1PS with every 40-50 additional wpf points.
