Yea, I tried these faces ages ago. As nice as the face model is as an original, there isn't much variation at all with the different face types. If I remember right the textures hardly change from the youngest to the oldest face and when you change the facial settings you don't even notice any difference, your character still looks like barbie no matter what.

Also there could be a possibility they might not work properly with some helmets? do you guys remember back when crpg had the more realistic looking face models for men? they used to look awesome but they didn't fit properly with some helmets like the ninja hood, so they got removed. Damn ninjas ruin everything.
