1) Ada Kuluhn is a standing claim of Eques, by that they have already a Casus Belli
2) They have another Casus Belli, still standing as far as i know, since you attacked Eques
3) a Cease Fire, is not peace. There was not an agreement i am aware of which would have caused to nullify the Casus Belli as those do not just go away without satisfaction. You owe Eques, not the other way round.
4) When i was on your teamspeak, i made myself clear that i am negotiating for Eques as they asked me to do so in their name. So the 30k deal for Ada Kulun(which HRE got for free) was agreed on. As you but then instead of keeping your word, attacked Eques, that lead to the impression that deal is off. Eques freely offering you now 50k and 500 troops, for something they claim in the first place and you also already stated were expecting to be retaken, is rather gracious of Eques, no idear what you are making a big fuzz of now.

let me get this straight, HRE an oldtimer in terms of Strategus, attacked Eques a new faction, failed badly but still costs a smaller faction ressoruces, then attacks DRZ and because of that expects gratitude of everyone else? wow we just reached a hole new level of crazy hear

Well i like the role play aspect of them, when you have some time if you haven't already, get to read a little about the concept. While i am by far not realy an expert on that, i but let my imagination flow a little and i like where that is heading. So yeah sure, you can just attack or say "jo fellows, i fuck you up now", but in a medival game, for me the atmosphere of the RP is also important.

For about 2 1/2weeks HRE Attacke my village for no really good reason and NOBODY cared ab out that, now i have enoth troops and eq to  make a reattack, and everyone is crying, and Flaming now...
Don't forget:
 HRE Attacke me first, they dont really need this fief, they got 3 more villages, they said they are just waiting for drz bear to get eaten, so i think they don't really care about that. And now everyone is Flaming because i make my revenge? All that happened in this war was ONE attack.

The informations you currently have are are so outdated. Yes, we wanted to wait for DRZ to make the first move. But then Grandmom got everyone together (and you received those pm's as well and even responded to them quite positive) and well, operation desert storm began. Now we got pushed out of the desert again and NOW you attack, when everyone is  weakened from wasting troops down there. It's a shame that kinn doesn't keep you updated, since Fenris was part of this, at least to some degree.
