Whats the best 1h lancer build to get the best of both worlds, lancing and going on foot with a 1h and shield and doing good damage?

No, 1h is "op" on horseback. Most times, you only need to hit someone twice to kill them but you might get lucky and one shot them in the head. I personally like the Nordic champion's sword but Arabian cavalry sword is "op" too.

With 5PS, you'll deal low damage when still, but you'll still 1-2 shot most light-medium infantry even at medium speed. High riding helps your acceleration so you don't lose out too much on damage. Go strength if you're mostly using polearm or agi if you're mostly using 1h.

I see, but im sure its not the same on foot, i feel as if with 5 ps ON FOOT i would be VERY weak, cause im not going to go 100% cav, I might go on foot from time to time and im worried i would be far to weak with 5 ps.

1h cav uses high attack damage weapons. Can't hurt plate well, but medium and lower are enough. I feel a bit worse on the ground since I use a somewhat slow shield and only have 3 shield skill. Forced to play the distance game with long range right swings and held left swings.
