NA servers are clearly throttled by the ISPs. Upgrade to premium package soon.

If there was a way that everyone would have the same ping range (1-20) on any server, then we could play 150vs150 on eu servers. ;)

Is there a way so that it averages peoples latency? Like if you had less than 30 ping it would automatically bump you to 30, or make the advantage not so much?

I think the best way to get lower ping on NA is to move. Get over it nerds. I'm already leasing the building across the street for my attempt at 2 ping.
