Obesity is massive overweight. You can be overweight (fat) (BMI 25+) long before you are obese (30+). That said, BMI is not really the best measurement for that, because it assumes a standard training level. Athletes pretty much fall out of all these classifications.

Doesn't look all that fattening but rather healthy food (if we don't count the cakes) . We make those cabbage rolls in Finland too. They're tasty.
