The first three hits were no damage bumps from my horse, two of which weren't even enough to bump him down. The fourth was in a pit fight on the ground in which i glanced on him. The talking directed at them is the same indiscriminate, unheartfelt, satiric banter I can be seen giving towards other members of the server with no particular gravity, even in these very screenshots.

I did not once hit these men in spawn, hit them hard with any weapon in a blatantly intentional manner, even in a fight, or do anything that I think warrants a ban. I did not once team kill them. I did not use any racially offensive slurs or any legitimately offensive bigoted slurs of other types unless if you are so unbelievably daft as to try and claim to be legitimately offended by a word like "asstron". Come back with a screenshot of me actually team killing someone or a video of me hitting people intentionally.

Please don't make the mistake of assuming that because someone is insulting you, especially on the internet, that he/she is angry or even dislikes you in the slightest. I mean, Daruvian calls Grannpappy terrible things routinely and that man is one of the only good admins and a great guy to boot. This is how he interacts with others on the inter-tubes. God forbid anyone actually ever mutes him themselves. Unless the shit-talking banter delves into potentially harmful real-life information, I can't imagine that it should be punishable.

Still, I've heard more than once in teamspeak "wow what a cunt i'm going to tk him next round if i can" but that is almost without exception directed towards friendly ranged that shoot him more than twice in a row. Even so, your screenshot only proves two things; firstly that he called you a lot of names and secondly that he came into some sort of contact with horse or weapon. It doesn't show that he came up behind you and smashed the back of your skull four times with a steel pick.

It'd be helpful if the logs that admins have access to can determine damage dealt with a teamwound. I would hope they could, but I would not at all be surprised if they could not.

Most of the specific insulting didn't happen until after the incident in question and only a portion was directed at Goretooth himself.

Without actual sight of what happened I can't say that I'm sure this was intentional. The logs clearly show GOBBLINEMPEROR killing an enemy in the process of wounding goretooth. At most, from what I can see, it's a bad case of carelessness (i.e. "SLIGHTLY intentional").

Here's a warning: BE MORE CAREFUL, and mind your teammates when you try to hit enemies. It wouldn't hurt to stop trolling so much, either. This is probably the last chance you'll get for lenience.
