So, I have this bad tendency to respec each time i get bored of my class, when you guys get bored of your class do you play on a alt, stop playing or just grind until you retire, or simply just respec like me?

Alts all day erry day.

Got one of each class, most double hybrid and some triple hybrids. Yes, Archery/thrower and 1h/pole/2h/shieldcav are all in there.

If you get an easy mode build you will never get bored, I guarantee it.

When I was newer I would just play my main until retirement, but change my build every couple of generations. Now I am getting my main to a high level and have several alts to play other classes. I don't have a full set of loomed armor on any character but they all have +3 weapons for their class. I juggle my +3 gloves to whatever character I'm currently playing.

I only just now retired an alt for the first time. I don't respec unless my build turns out to be no fun, or if I get my hands on a new item that wouldn't work with the current build.
