Name of offending character : No idea, 'cause I Don't know what I did.
Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after : Well I read all the points and yeah, Since I was banned a long time ago I've no really idea about what I did.

Also I'm writting from a friend's account, since I don't know why. The captcha is always wrong and I can't register myself.

I kind remenber that my name is something like Puchas, or Puchas and something more; It's the name I always use.

There is no character or account called Puchas. We can't do anything without your correct character/(forum) account name.

Yep, SI_Puchas is the correct character. But you are not on the EU ban list. It must be a global ban then. Talk to Nessaj, he should be able to give you the reason for your ban. I don't have access to that list.
