Not american and I dunno anything about the sport, but as I understood sofar from what I gathered from the internet, this years SuperBawl had a pisspoor final match since one team(Seahawks) completely destroyed another team(Broncos) without a proper fight. Am I right?

From what i heared, it will be one of the rare Super Bowls, where the 2 favorites will be in the endgame other then in years before where maximal one of the supposed favorites reached the finals.

At least thats what i got out of the SB chitchat within the "Superb Owl comments"  of the Steven Colbert show.(which i stopped watching till SB is done, thx but no thx)

Tibe and Kinn pretty much got it. 

Rather than a good, suspenseful match between the two best teams in the nation.. One of them shit the bed and pissed a ton of people off.  Being a fan of neither the Seahawks or the Broncos, I wasn't rooting for either team, even so it wasn't even fun to watch, that's how bad it was.

Per the release, that number, which represents the number of viewers watching on average, surpasses the previous record of 111.3 million set during Super Bowl XLVI in 2012 when the New York Giants knocked off the New England Patriots, 21-17.

The 2012 Superbowl beat the I believe 29 year streak that the final episode of M.A.S.H. set in 1983 with 105.9 million viewers, which I think is more impressive actually considering the population of the U.S. in 1980 was just 226.5 million as compared to 313.9 million in 2012.
