I understand the "chorus" but that's about it.  A lot of what's entertaining is their gestures and body language, as well as the moustaches and to Americans the Russian language by itself can sound funny, especially in this sing-song manner. 

Could you tell me though, what its about?  Or on what occasion they're throwing what looks like a huge party?  Kind of looks like a wedding reception.  Unfortunately my phone won't load the whole video lol.

Seems like some weird kind of rap battle, the chorus is "Who are you? Be off, good bye", although more than half of what they say isn't russian but their native language (whatever it is). Basically the funny chorus is why it became popular, I guess.
