It happenes often in Russia, I know it because my father lived there for many years and his friend was killed by some retards when he was walking in the street, that country got really fucked up because of shitty religion, government and some extremist ideologies that have really huge popularity in the society of Russia including the extremism in the religion, ideologies like fascism, extreme nationalism, etc... What that country needs is a democratic government, a tolerable education based in the respect to other people, etc...

It's not edgy, it was a question. I skimmed through the video and saw some dudes arguing and getting slapped in the head

I sort of assumed you'd have watched it before asking.

Basically it's two shirtless dudes wrestling on the ground, another guy shows up and helps the winning one by kicking the other guy, a while later they get into an argument with some passer-by, they slap him around a bit and he runs away. At some point the smaller guy who isn't shirtless starts carrying around a halfbrick and the original guy they were beating on escapes as well. Then they get in an argument yet another passer-buy and the smaller yob throws the brick at his head, knocking him out cold instantly. Everyone suddenly realizes this is very bad, the one who threw the brick runs away, and the others just spend some time freaking out. Then one woman starts trying to help the man, but says something to the shirtless guy that makes him kick her in the face, also instantly unconscious. Finally after freaking out for a bit more he tries to give some half-assed CPR to the dead/dying man together with some other guy.

From the looks of it just extreme drunken, violent stupidity at work.

I'm pretty sure he was dead from the monent he got hit. They tilted his head for a second while he was on the ground and the movement his neck made didn't really make it look like it was still in one piece.
