When i go to the transfer tab it says i have nothing on this char ?

how old are you characters and the lvl?

It has to be 3 days and lvl 15 until you can transfer money or gear.

Also you have to keep in mind you can't transfer items back from a skip the fun character. Only loomed items and money over 10,000

Learned that the hard way after transferring a bunch of gear to a STF
