Creatine is a substance that basically fills your muscles with water to make them have more endurance, along with other benefits. and quite a large side affect (which i won't get into)

It is suppose to be digested and burned down in your stomach acids to work, snorting it just puts it straight into your blood which goes straight to your brain
Creatine was not made to go to your brain, so god help the people that do that, they must be properly fucking there mental health up.

i have met ALOT of gym freaks that take creatine and i have never in my 3 years of working as a PT, met anyone or heard of anyone that snorts it on a daily basis.
