I don't think a crown will ever make it into the game as a regular item. Maybe as a unique item, but who gets it?

How about just making it cost 100-150k+ in the shop and have an equivalent upkeep (which would be a lot )
Then it would truly be unique. Only people who are willing to waste a lot of money on this and pay an insane amount on upkeep would wear it.

And add a "kill the crown owner" bonus XP or Gold or both ingame....
