Havn't seen that one. But it's 6.5 on IMDB. ( yes, even though it's "too mainstream", i trust IMDB scores most of the time ). May be Ray Liotta saved it somehow.

Just like in Lock&Stock, he is a support actor in that one. He can get away with playing himself for a limited amount of screen-time. But 2 hours of solo Statham would be a cringe-seizure inducing experience...

I am not trying to be fair, I dislike him, as I dislike Vin Diesel - bald manlets with huge ego, who can't act. Although Vin Diesel has a bit of self-irony at least.
